RISING SIGN

I am a Sun sign Capricorn with Scorpio Rising, the first impression people have of me is the Scorpio quality not the Capricorn quality. My children share very different zodiac signs to me and together we bounce our ideas and thoughts from one another which I find is the best parenting style, accepting I also have lots to learn from my children and most importantly being ready to hear and understand their inner voices.

The core personality of each individual is expressed by the placement of the Sun sign, while the outer demeanor is expressed by each person’s Rising sign (Ascendant). What makes the Sun and Rising sign so important in synastry (comparing two birth charts) is that they are more immediately recognisable than any other planets when two people first meet.
